Annual Meeting

*Board members up for re-election: Lisa Brown & Breanna  Dejonge for 3 year terms. Supervisory members up for re-election: Christopher Loker for a 3 year term. Results of  the mail ballot election to the Board of Directors and  Supervisory Committee will be announced at that time. If there is only one candidate for each position to be filled, the election will not be conducted by mail. Nominations for vacancies on the Board of Directors and the Supervisory  Committee may be made by petition of the members (100  signatures). The petition must state that it is for a  three-year term to the Board of Directors or the Supervisory Committee. Each petitioned nominee shall submit a statement 100 words or less along with their qualifications and date of birth. Petitions must be filed with the secretary of PSCU  at 4025 W Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804 by May 16,  2025. A signed statement indicating that the candidate will  serve if elected must be presented at that time with a  printed name, signature and address. There will be no nominations from the floor during the meeting.
